- Where do I pick up and return the trailer?
- All pickups and returns are scheduled at convenient public meetup locations in Ruston, LA. After booking, you will receive a text message to coordinate the exact location and time.
- What do I need to rent a trailer?
- You will need a valid driver's license, a vehicle capable of towing (with a compatible hitch), and a credit or debit card for payment. Your tow vehicle must have a 2-inch ball hitch receiver.
- How do I book a rental?
- You can book online 24/7 through our booking portal. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will text you to coordinate the pickup time and meetup location in Ruston.
- What type of trailer do you offer?
- We currently offer a 20-foot PJ car hauler trailer with an electric winch, D-ring tie-downs, and all straps included. It is ideal for transporting vehicles, ATVs, equipment, and more.
- Does the trailer come with straps and tie-downs?
- Yes. The rental includes a full bag of straps and D-ring tie-downs so you have everything you need to secure your load safely.
- Does the trailer have a winch?
- Yes. The trailer is equipped with an electric winch, which makes loading non-running or disabled vehicles easy and safe without needing to push them up the ramp.
- What is your service area?
- We are based in Ruston, LA and primarily serve the Lincoln Parish and surrounding areas including Monroe, West Monroe, Grambling, and Jonesboro.
- How long can I rent the trailer?
